alpha zentaur group refers to the corporate structure comprising alpha zentaur immobilien ag and its four subsidiaries. Named subsidiaries are: zadik architekten ag, TAFF Immobilien Investment AG, Quadriga Tectones AG (QTAG for short) and the greek Alpha Kentavros Real Estate S.A. The alpha zentaur group assumes several tasks in the field of real estate. Its competencies include project development, real estate trading, brokerage, (interior) architecture, design, general contracting and real estate investment as well as financing.
alpha zentaur immobilien ag acts with the aim of evaluating land or other real estate and, based on feasibility studies, securing and acquiring it itself. It can also provide the property, including the approved construction project, to an investor.
It is the task of zadik architekten ag to prepare feasibility studies and to develop projects that can be approved.
Alpha Kentavros Real Estate S.A. represents the greek equivalent of alpha zentaur immobilien ag. The need to found this company arose from the Santorini Cliff Resort project.
The task of TAFF Immobilien Investment AG is to provide financial resources for securing and acquiring real estate properties. These funds, which consist of capital contributions by third parties, bear interest and are secured by the properties (real estate lien).
Together with the general contractor QT AG, the projects are also realised on schedule in terms of construction quality and costs. QT AG assumes the role of general or total contractor. It can also fulfil the contractor task outside this group for a third party.
